How It Started
As professionals in the field, we constantly struggled with tracing incident reports, closing CAPAs, managing observations, and maintaining training records. Rising expectations from stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and new ESG/BRSR mandates in India made manual systems inefficient and risky.
While digital tools existed, most were too expensive or not designed for small and mid-sized industries. That’s when we started building HSEFQ.COM — an affordable SaaS platform with integrated workflows, AI-powered insights, and scalable features to support organizations of all sizes.

HSEFQ.COM is powered by our parent company Himaya Prevention Private Limited (CIN: U74999GJ2017PTC096981), established in Vadodara, Gujarat. Our journey began in 2013 as freelance consultants working with top organizations. In 2017, we formalized our mission to create safer workplaces through end-to-end HSE, Fire, and Environmental services.
