HSEFQ Terms & Conditions

By accessing HSEFQ.com or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Services Overview

HSEFQ provides digital tools for Health, Safety, Environment, Fire, and Quality (HSEFQ) management, including incident reporting, compliance workflows (CAPA, audits), training management, and customizable dashboards.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

  • 15-Day Free Trial: Only for verified corporate/institutional email users.
  • Post-Trial: Requires a paid subscription (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise).
  • Admin Access: Granted to authorized representatives after evaluation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Annual subscriptions, exclusive of taxes (GST).
  • Activation begins after full payment.
  • 30-day notice required for cancellations. No refunds post-deployment.
  • Invoices issued yearly from activation.

4. Data Privacy & Security

  • Users retain ownership of uploaded data.
  • Data is securely encrypted and stored.
  • Shared only with user consent or legal requirement.
  • Export requests must be made at least 7 days before expiry.

5. User Obligations

  • Keep credentials confidential. Report any breaches to support.
  • Misuse may lead to suspension. Prohibited actions include:
    • Unauthorized access, scraping, load testing
    • Bypassing platform security

6. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and trademarks are owned by Himaya Prevention Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

HSEFQ is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or data loss from service interruptions. Our tools are designed to support, not replace, your internal processes.

8. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Paid users will be notified 30 days in advance of core functionality changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

10. Demo Platform Rules

  • Demo use is limited to 15 days with no uptime/data retention guarantee.
  • Admin demo access only via verified corporate email (not Gmail, etc.).
  • Penetration testing or scraping is prohibited.
  • Access may be revoked at any time if terms are violated.
