Platform Usage & Access Management
How do I log a new incident?

Go to the "Report Incident" section under the Incident tab. Fill in incident details, upload any evidence or pictures, and submit the report. It will automatically notify designated site administrators.

Can I assign CAPAs from within the platform?

Yes. After an incident review, users can assign Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), set due dates, assign responsible persons, and track CAPA status with automated reminders.

How are users added and roles assigned?

From the Admin Panel, administrators can invite users by email, assign them to sites, and allocate roles such as Admin, Champion, or User. Access rights are automatically configured based on role assignments.

What are the user roles available in HSEFQ?

HSEFQ defines roles as: Super Admin (global settings), Admin (organization settings), Champion (site-level reporting and approvals), and User (observation and incident reporting access).

Can users access the platform from mobile devices?

Yes. HSEFQ is mobile responsive and fully accessible via any modern browser on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. No additional mobile app installation is required.

How can I track training participation?

The Training module allows you to log sessions, track attendance by user and course, issue participation certificates, and generate compliance reports filtered by site and date.

Standard pricing includes platform hosting on Microsoft Azure, SSL certificates, license usage, standard dashboard access, and email-based technical support. Customization services, additional integrations, or AI modules are quoted separately if required.

Are hosting and SSL costs included in the plan?

Yes. Hosting on Azure infrastructure and standard SSL security certificates for custom domain mappings are included within HSEFQ subscription packages at no additional charge unless specified differently in enterprise agreements.

What are the payment and invoicing terms?

Standard plans are billed annually upfront. Flexible monthly or quarterly billing options are available for enterprise customers. Electronic invoices are issued with standard 7 to 15 day payment terms depending on contract conditions.
